After working closely with Buhrs for a number of years with their envelope inserters and knowing their reputation as one of the market leaders in Polywrapping the decision to purchase their MTR system with a domino Inkjet was made.

With the purchase of a Sitma C80-750 capacity has now been doubled and a contingency provided in case of breakdowns.

We can wrap as small as 100x120mm up to A3 if required in LDPE, Opp, Biodegradable or Metalised Foil with total pack thickness of 35mm. This is upto 9 items with special feeders for promotional items and C.DS A domino inkjet capable of printing up to 20,000 A4 pages per hour with 60 font variations compliments our personalisation operation.
