MFCM provides a specialised mailing and laser printing operation. Our services presently include both secure mail and direct mail, all of which are competitively priced.

Whilst we specialise in personalisation and fulfilment, we can also provide other services. These include envelope and print supply, colour laser printing and digital printing; again all competitively priced and managed under one roof.

Working Practices and Capacity

From our earliest days we realised that it was imperative to be self sufficient in terms of rectifying machinery breakdowns. To this end we have total coverage by fully trained on-site engineers for all mechanical failures.

Further support for our electronic systems are provided by an independent company, from whom we have secured a four-hour response time for any system or electronic breakdowns.

A two-hour response from IBM for our Laser printers ensures production continuity.

Our coverage may appear to be over precautionary, however, time is of the essence and we are extremely conscious that deadlines must be strictly adhered to.

MFCM’s working pattern is three shifts over 24 hours Monday - Friday where we average 1.5 million envelope packs per week, plus wrapping 750,000 poly items also. We can, at your request, work double shifts Saturday and Sunday to increase our capacity should your mailing deadline be brought forward.
